BookSwap is a platform that connects buyers and sellers of used books. We do not own, inspect, or sell the books listed on the platform.
Returns
- Buyers should carefully review the book description and images before purchasing.
- Since books are sold by individual users, returns are only accepted if both the buyer and seller mutually agree.
- BookSwap is not responsible for disputes regarding the condition or quality of books.
Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- The buyer paid through a supported payment method and the seller agrees to the refund.
- The seller fails to deliver the book after receiving payment.
- A duplicate payment occurred because of a technical error.
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Minor wear or cosmetic damage that was clearly shown in the listing
- Incorrect purchase made by the buyer
- Transactions completed outside the BookSwap platform
